Return Eligibility:

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Custom-made or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.
Refund Process:

- Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
